An Official Twitter Guide for Businesses

Twitter has recently released an advisory guide of how to most effectively utilise the micro-blogging site for businesses.

Entitled Twitter 101, the guide aims to teach brands how to communicate effectively with the 140 character limit and outlines the best practises and also offers up a couple of Case Studies as examples.

The introduction of the Twitter business guide is thought to have been due to several controversial Twitter campaigns from large brands.
