Introducing Orca – a new strategic brand identity and website
We’re excited to announce the launch of a new brand identity and website for our client, Orca!
Orca, previously known as Call Miss Jones, is one of the UK’s leading call answering businesses, founded in 2010. Their customer service is at the heart of the brand, and they strive to go the extra mile to make their clients’ lives easier. Acting as an additional member of their clients’ team, their PA’s aim to integrate seamlessly, without any unnecessary disruption.
The client was looking to adopt a completely new approach to their digital strategy, which would enable them to reach new audiences within the market.
We began our relationship with a comprehensive discovery project; fully understanding the client, business and their audience. It was paramount that we understood all elements of the business to strategically and appropriately position the business’s brand within the industry. Our in depth research and analysis concluded in a decision to revitalise the company, starting with its name, to strengthen the brand positioning.
Following an intense business immersion session, Orca was born. The new name is derived from their primary service offering of Outsourced Reception Call Answering and cleverly echoes the brilliant communication skills observed in communities of whales.
The change in name opened up a host of inspiration around branding, and the new website was subsequently brought to life by our fantastic team of designers and developers. Clear, slick and modern, the website is a true reflection of the professional nature of Orca, effectively showcasing the fact that they really are more than just a telephone answering company.
The launch of the new branding and website is very much the beginning for Orca’s digital journey and we look forward to continuing our relationship.
