As we approach the end of 2025, our team has been busy looking ahead to what the digital landscape holds for the new year. While we love connecting online, there is simply no substitute for getting together in the same room, sharing a coffee, and discussing the challenges and opportunities facing our industries.
We are thrilled to announce three brand new in-person events kicking off in January 2026. As always, these sessions will be held at our HQ in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. We will be serving up plenty of fresh insights along with our usual spread of breakfast and coffee from Pret.
Here is what we have coming up in Q1.
2026: The Digital Outlook for the Property Sector
Thursday, January 22, 2026
We are starting the year by focusing on one of our key specialisms. The property market has seen significant shifts over the last twelve months, and digital strategy is becoming more integral than ever to sales and letting performance.
In this session, we will be diving into the data to predict the key trends for the year ahead. From the evolution of search behaviour in the housing market to the changing expectations of buyers and tenants, we will outline exactly where property marketers should focus their budgets to stay ahead of the curve. Reserve your spot here.
Create with AI: Nano Banana Pro & More
Wednesday, February 25, 2026
The conversation around artificial intelligence has shifted rapidly from "what if" to "how to", and nowhere is this more apparent than in the creative sector.
We are hosting a dedicated session to explore the practical application of the latest generative tools. We will be diving deep into Google’s ground-breaking Nano Banana Pro model (built on Gemini 3 architecture), which is currently redefining the standards for visual fidelity and text rendering.12
This event is for marketers, designers, and brand guardians who want to move beyond the gimmickry of early AI and start producing studio-quality assets that genuinely scale. We will demonstrate workflows that work, including how to use structured JSON prompting to achieve unparalleled control over3 your imagery. Learn more and sign up.4
How to Win the Local Search Battle
Thursday, March 19, 2026
For businesses with a physical footprint, the battle for visibility is increasingly fought on the local level. Google’s local algorithms are changing, and "near me" intent is more specific and competitive than ever.
In March, our SEO and Paid Media experts will guide you through the tactics that actually drive footfall and local enquiries. We will cover the latest updates to Google Business Profiles, the nuances of hyper-local targeting, and how to ensure your brand stands out when customers are searching in your area. Secure your place now.
Join us in Manchester
All our events are free to attend, but spaces at our Lever Street HQ are limited. We would love to see you there for a morning of learning and networking.
You can view full details for all sessions on our events page or contact us if you have any questions.
