A new microsite launches for First Ark!

Our team have been working really hard on a brand new microsite for Knowsley Housing Trust in association with our client, First Ark, and we’re excited to announce it’s just launched!

Part of the wider First Ark Group, Knowsley Housing Trust is a 14,000 property housing association. As part of their commitment to providing support and information to tenants, a new standalone microsite was required to update related audiences about the new Welfare reform change – Universal Credit.

The B2C focused website is hosted on a unique domain, providing audiences (primarily tenants) with an easy-to-use and navigate, clean, clear and modern digital presence in which to educate and inform themselves about Universal Credit.

Working collaboratively with the client, our design team have produced a unique, modern look and feel which not only aligns with the wider KHT brand guidelines, but is tailored to key audiences and goals, and which has been considered for use across wider platforms such as social media and email campaigns.

Built in WordPress, the microsite is flexible and ensures ease of creating and editing content over time. The new site also benefits internal call centre staff; a usable resource enabling them to answer customer queries through intuitive navigation and site search functionality.

The website takes audience accessibility and the user journey into consideration, having been built to be a user-friendly, positive resource to ultimately help tenants self-serve effectively. Features such as useful links, hints and tips help to simplify the explanation of the complex welfare reform and benefits-based questions and issues in an audience-centric manner.

We’re really pleased with how this project has turned out – check it out for yourself and let us know your thoughts! https://www.k-h-t-advicehub.org/
