Clicky Island Discs / Alice

Clicky Island Discs has been inspired by the legendary Desert Island Discs, which has been aired on BBC Radio since 1942.
For those not aware of the Clicky Island Discs format by now, it’s pretty simple. We’ve asked the Clicky team; before they’re castaway on a remote desert island in the middle of nowhere with only themselves as company, what 5 songs, book and luxury item would they take with them?
1. I Wanna Be Yours by Arctic Monkeys
I love the Arctic Monkeys and I love this song and how they have adapted it from the original poem, it’s so underrated compared to their other songs but so lovely.

2. We Don’t Have To Take Our Clothes Off by Ella Eyre
Ella Eyre has such an amazing voice and her cover of this song is so beautiful.

3. If You Ever Want To Be In Love by James Bay
James Bay is wonderful, I’m desperate to see him perform live. I’ve followed James Bay before he was discovered on Radio 1 and I was hooked straight away.

4. I Forget Where We Were by Ben Howard
I saw Ben Howard live earlier this year and the atmosphere when this song came on was great – whenever this comes on on the radio, it just reminds me of that night and singing along at the top of my lungs.

5. I Want You by Kings of Leon
The Kings of Leon album was the first album that I bought for my very first car and it was always one that I’d play over and over again and sing my heart out.

Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn
Her books, for me, are so addictive so anything that she writes I’d read over and over.
Luxury Item
Clarins Beauty Flash Balm
I’m a beauty product junkie, but this is a staple favourite in my collection.
