Kayley is celebrating 3 wonderful years at Clicky this month. We’ve caught up with her to find out more!
Before joining Clicky I worked at Redrow, one of the UK’s largest housebuilders, as a Digital Communications Coordinator. I was responsible for managing the brand’s social media accounts and earned media strategy alongside an external agency.
I’m an Account Manager at Clicky. My role is to manage a portfolio of clients, develop digital strategies that generate a strong ROI and build good working relationships with clients and internal account teams.
One of the things I love about being an Account Manager at Clicky is the variety of clients I’m able to work with. One day I might be working on strategies for self-storage and leisure clients, the next on weddings and car parts! Every client comes with different commercial goals and challenges so a typical day for an Account Manager doesn’t really exist but most days will involve checking in on client performance, reviewing strategies, planning and organising workflows, catching up with internal account teams and keeping in touch with clients.
I like to keep fit so I love running, spinning, kettlebells and HIIT but since the UK went into lockdown and I haven’t been able to use the gym I’ve been making the most of the sunshine we’ve had to explore the outdoors more. I’ve really enjoyed discovering quiet scenic places I never knew existed right on my doorstep. I also really enjoy baking – I love making lemon drizzle and gooey cookies and sharing them with family and friends.
