Loom Loft Store Visit: Why Brand Immersion Shapes Better Marketing
We recently spent time inside one of Loom Loft's stores to see the brand the way their customers do. Here is why we believe experiencing a client's brand in person makes for sharper, more authentic marketing.
In digital marketing it is easy to spend your days inside dashboards, looking at impressions, click-through rates and conversion data. All of that matters. But numbers on their own only tell you part of the story. To market a brand in a way that genuinely connects with its audience, you have to understand what makes that brand special in the first place, and the best way to do that is to go and experience it for yourself.
We have written before about why our team experiences the brands we work with. We do not see ourselves as an outside supplier. We act as a strategic partner, and that means immersing ourselves in the physical and emotional reality of every brand we represent. So when we recently started working with Loom Loft on their digital growth, visiting one of their stores was never going to be optional.
Inside the Loom Loft Store
If you have not been into a Loom Loft store, it is hard to overstate how impressive the experience is. The space is beautifully considered from the moment you walk in, with thoughtfully curated room sets that show their furniture and interiors the way they are actually meant to be lived with rather than lined up like stock. Every sofa, every fabric and every finishing touch has clearly been chosen with care.
What struck us most was the quality. Around 80% of Loom Loft's upholstery is sourced from British manufacturers, and you can feel that commitment to craftsmanship the second you sit down. Touching the materials, seeing the colours under real lighting and watching how customers move through the space told us things no product feed ever could. This is a brand built on detail, comfort and a genuine sense of home, and that is exactly what their marketing needs to communicate.
Why These Visits Matter
When our team experiences a brand first-hand, the work changes. We write ad copy that reflects how the products actually feel, not just what the spec sheet says. We brief creative that captures the right tone. We make smarter decisions about which products to lead with and how to talk about them, because we have seen what makes customers stop and look in real life.
It also changes the relationship. Once you have walked the store and met the people behind it, you stop being account managers and start being advocates. That passion shows up in better problem-solving, more creative thinking and a deeper commitment to hitting the commercial goals that matter to the business.
A Shared Commitment to Growth
Loom Loft have built something genuinely special in-store. Our job is to make sure their digital presence reflects that same level of care, so the online journey feels as considered as walking through the doors of one of their shops. Spending time in the store is where that work really begins.
We have worked this way for 20 years, and our visit to Loom Loft was a brilliant reminder of why. If you want a team that takes the time to truly understand your brand, get in touch.
