Lee joins us at an exciting time and we can’t wait to see the company grow even more. We’ve asked our latest recruit some questions to get to know him a little better, here’s what he had to say.

1. what’s your role at clicky?

I’m a ProSupport Developer. ProSupport offer support to existing websites, ranging from things as small as image and style changes to full page redesigns.

2. why did you choose clicky?

I was really impressed with the quality of work Clicky produced and could tell there was a very talented bunch of people here that I’d love to work with.

3. what you’re most looking forward to working on?

I’m most looking forward to working on projects that teach me new skills, I’m a bit addicted to learning things so being able to level up my dev skills is really exciting.

4. three words to describe yourself

  • Happy
  • Enthusiastic
  • Geek

5. what would you say is your biggest achievement/proudest moment?

Being here at Clicky, I’ve been telling anyone that’ll listen about it! I’m also very proud of my little family, I like to think I’m making the world a better place one person at a time.

6. what’s your most embarrassing moment?

When I was around seven years old I went with my parents to a family gathering at this huge, very posh hotel. All kinds of distant relatives were there, coming from all around the country and even some from America. As the adults were gathered around the bar while they waited to be shown to their tables, I skulked away with a couple of cousins outside to hang around the pool. Being a curious little kid I wondered out loud “whoa whats that green thing over the pool?”, I was told by one cousin it’s a pool cover so I asked “can you walk on it?”, one cousin jokingly replied “yeah of course you can!”. I put one foot on that pool cover and sank like a stone, luckily one of my uncles was nearby and he hauled me out of the shallow pool soaking wet and very embarrassed. The rest of the afternoon my parents insisted I stayed by their side, wearing nothing but a hotel dressing gown while my soaking wet clothes dried.

7. three skills/talents you possess

  • I used to play the guitar it’s tricky to find time for it now but I can still play a tune or two
  • I’m a quick learner
  • I’ll 1v1 anyone on a console FPS.
