With so much going on in the world again I thought I would do another quick update about what’s going on at Clicky…
We’re all incredibly lucky to be able to continue to work from home throughout the second national lockdown & we’re even luckier to be able to announce we’ve had our biggest quarter of business ever.
The increased reliance on digital is meaning we are busier than ever and our teams are flat out looking after our clients.
A busy team and national lockdowns mean we are trying to commit as much time as possible to keep a check on our team’s mental health and wellbeing.
Jenny (Agency Coordinator) & Claire (Head of People & Culture) are reviewing our health and wellbeing efforts this month to support our team and have a number of initiatives to ensure we keep in touch & don’t overdo it.
To help support the team we have made a massive upgrade to our WFH equipment with 26 new 2020 Macbook Pros now distributed among the team & almost everyone else receiving a significant upgrade.
In terms of working from home, I am certain we will keep this option open for the entire team into 2021 and beyond.
I can only see a future where it is always an option for the team but we are determined to ensure we have the perfect space to gather when we need to.
As such we are pressing on with the fit-out of our exciting new HQ in Chester. The new office will be a brand-new, collaborative, and inspiring place to work from & we look forward to welcoming our team and clients to use the space in the coming weeks.
