We welcome Andy to the PPC team
Welcome, Andy! Andy joins us as a PPC Specialist and, in tradtional Clicky style, we asked him a few questions to get to know him a little better. Here’s what he had to say…
What’s your role at Clicky?
Why did you choose Clicky?
I’ve known and heard about Clicky for a number of years and they always seemed like leaders in their (many) fields. Also, the people and culture seemed great too – something I’ve found to be true already!
What are you most looking forward to working on?
With PPC handled differently from person to person I’m really enjoying working within a team with so many different approaches and styles. I’m looking forward to learning as much as imparting my own approach with the team.
How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
What would you say is your biggest achievement/proudest moment?
My burritos won a World Food Night contest judged by a Masterchef winner. But more recently, I was able to meet and touch a baby white rhino (after approval from her mother close-by) – maybe not my proudest moment but definitely awe-inspiring!
Tell us 3 skills/talents that you possess
- I am a weekend bread baker! Mainly sourdough loaves or bagels, which is quite demanding and relaxing in equal measure. Lots of tweaking recipes, temperatures and timings – kind of like PPC.
- I do quite a bit of photography. Mostly wildlife/nature and landscapes – my Dad has been a semi-pro for years so I get to borrow a lot of great kit.
- From a work perspective I enjoy working with clients, especially on training and explaining digital marketing practices. Digital is still quite new to some businesses so I try to identify where my work can make their’s more profitable or easier. I think I’m good at explaining at their level – wherever that may be – to help dispel any worries or uncertainty about our line of work.
