Welcome to the team, Jonty.

A short and happy one from me. Please join me in welcoming Jonathan Sumner (Jonty to everyone here already) to Clicky as our new Senior Account Manager.

Account management is the part of an agency you feel every single day. It's the difference between a supplier you have to chase and a partner who's already three steps ahead. Done well, it's where strategy actually meets delivery: the person making sure the work we promised is the work that lands, on time, and that you always know exactly where things stand. That's the job Jonty is stepping into, and from the first conversation it was clear he gets it.

As a Senior Account Manager he'll look after a portfolio of our clients end to end, keeping campaigns moving, pulling the right specialists in at the right moment, and being the steady point of contact you can pick up the phone to. Calm, organised and genuinely interested in the businesses he works with: exactly the kind of person you want holding a relationship together.
