Due to the exciting recent growth of a number of our existing clients and a range of new wins added to our portfolio, we are looking for a commercially astute Account Manager to join our specialist Client Services team.
We are seeking an experienced, proactive and results-driven individual to work on a number of interesting and diverse accounts to drive client performance and our offering forward. Experience across the digital landscape is essential as is a passion for performance and a desire to innovate.
The ideal candidate will have great ambition for their own career, our agency and in transforming results for clients. You will need to be confident in owning and growing our larger retained clients whilst also leading account teams to ensure clients goals and expectations are consistently exceeded, in everything that we do.
Our partnerships are at the core of everything that we do here at Clicky, and you will be required to really understand your clients and be their ambassador within the agency. We’re looking for someone that loves digital and is keen to work with clients to try new and exciting initiatives, which will need to feed into the set goals and KPI’s.
At its core, the role will focus on ensuring our client relationships are managed effectively, constantly nurtured and prioritised at all times. Daily management, analysis and reporting on key client performance will also be an important aspect of the role. Proactively providing strategic support on all key retained clients, working with the wider team to ensure performance is consistently strong, setting internal and external KPI’s and seeking to grow our client’s online presence and amplify their performance will be amongst the key tasks.
You will oversee daily / weekly direct client management, ensuring we deliver the best, most consistent, client experience possible across the whole agency. You will direct and manage client strategy across your portfolio of accounts and advise customers on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner by utilising their various marketing channels most efficiently, advising on the integration between all digital channels and ensuring that advice is delivered with unwavering confidence.
This is an exciting, diverse role, with the opportunity to not only manage some of our key accounts in the travel, leisure, e-commerce and luxury sectors but also mentor and work closely with junior members of the client management team too. You will have the chance to work across multiple channels and on innovative campaigns and projects, whilst being given the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and concepts.
