Due to the recent growth of our existing clients and a range of new wins added to our portfolio, we are looking for a commercially astute AM to join our Client Management team. The role itself will be for a more senior Digital Account Manager so we are seeking candidates who have the knowledge, experience and ambition to drive our service forward and add real value to our offering.
The successful candidate will need to be confident in owning and growing our biggest retainer clients whilst also leading account teams to ensure clients goals and expectations are consistently exceeded, in everything that we do.
Our partnerships are at the core of everything that we do here at Clicky, and you will be required to really understand your clients and be their ambassador within the agency. We’re looking for someone that loves digital and is keen to work with clients to try new and exciting initiatives, which will need to feed into the set goals and KPI’s.
This is an exciting, diverse role, with the opportunity to not only manage some of our key accounts in the travel, leisure, e-commerce and luxury sectors but also mentor and work closely with junior members of the client management team too. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple channels and on innovative campaigns and projects, whilst being given the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and concepts.
