We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic and skilled Content & Digital PR Specialist to drive performance across our diverse portfolio of clients.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with a number of exciting brands in a wide range of industries, developing creative digital PR campaigns and crafting compelling content to tie in with their commercial goals. As such, you’ll have a creative approach, a passion for the written word and a commercial mindset. Proactive and positive by nature, you have the desire to not only support the growth of the department, but also to get involved with wider agency activity where possible.

We have a large team of specialists in SEO, paid media, strategy and insights, and all aspects of design and development – working on cross-agency client work means that you will gain knowledge across many specialisms and work with the best, most passionate people. We have a Client Services team and project managers to own all client experiences and communication.

As part of this role, you’d be working across such industries as fashion, health, sport and more for both e-commerce and lead generation businesses. You’ll be given creative license to lead campaigns and content pieces for client websites, and will also have the opportunity to support with content for other channels such as ad campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to gain experience in a wide variety of industries and apply their unique creative flair to client strategies.

Our team has an emphasis on training, which is led by our Head of Search and Digital PR Manager who are dedicated to helping the team to progress and develop in their careers. Training is provided on both a 1-2-1 and wider group basis, which has helped many of our performance marketing team to excel here.

Flexible UK Location

We are entirely open about your fixed location. We have offices in Chester, Nottingham & Brighton but are willing to consider other locations.

The ideal person will have the following:

  • 2+ years hands on experience with content/digital PR, with a track record of delivering results
  • Knowledge of digital PR’s involvement in SEO and the wider marketing mix
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing & brand building
  • Experience creating high quality content
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & SEMRush is desirable
  • A commercial mindset
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • You create time to help others to get their work done as required in order to achieve team goals
  • You consider client commercial goals in your actions
  • You pull out all the stops to deliver
