We’re expanding our strategy and insights team and looking for a candidate that is a number cruncher and problem solver at heart with a real enthusiasm for bringing data to life.

The successful candidate will be both strategically and commercially minded who is eager to further drive client success. If you have a passion for performance and a record of delivering innovative, results-focused approaches for businesses online, then this might just be the perfect role for you.

If you enjoy working with data and statistics and are highly analytical, with strong mathematical skills and a curious and inquisitive nature we want to hear from you. You should feel confident in interrogating and interpreting client marketing and sales data, to provide actionable insights to influence intelligent, innovative plans for digital campaigns and websites.

Knowledge of a selection of web analytics platforms and methodologies would be valuable as your work will ultimately result in the development of a client’s strategic digital vision.


The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on large-scale research and auditing projects with our award-winning Web team, as well as support on a more regular, consultative basis alongside our expert Marketing Specialists.

You will be responsible for working on multiple client accounts, developing and implementing strategies for each of your clients, consistently working towards achieving key targets for each and seeking ways to drive satisfaction and growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A strategic and commercial mindset with an enthusiasm for improving client results.

  • Knowledge and ability in planning and defining strategies and developing client performance through digital channels to a set budget.

  • Exceptional language and communication skills, with the ability to take complex data and present this succinctly and clearly to stakeholders.

  • Experience of working in project-based methodologies.

  • Experience of planning and delivering a data-driven marketing strategy to a set client budget.

  • Experience of working towards project deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar).

  • Good knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing including, but not limited to PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

  • Good knowledge of website optimisation is valued.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire a team, clients and other key stakeholders.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Extensive experience of managing or shaping digital marketing budgets with the ability to demonstrate ROI.

  • Motivated and self-confident with a passion for digital.

  • Experience of working in long-form research and auditing projects.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
