We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to support the effective and efficient running of our new office in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the office facilities and play an active and important role in helping manage operations and the new team based in the office as the business expands. It is a vital role at the agency and requires a candidate with ambition, drive and determination. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real influence and impact on our growth.
The role is varied and very much hands-on, with responsibility for the day to day office management whilst supporting the workload of the MD across a variety of administrative/PA duties and project work. You will also be the face of Clicky to clients locally, supporting the MD in establishing a strong local presence, building relationships and winning new business, whilst assisting with the development and ongoing promotion of the business in Nottingham including recruitment activity, attending events and networking.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, confident in working independently, reliable and flexibly who can quickly develop a working relationship with the MD and establish our presence in the area.
It would be advantageous for you to have a strong network of connections locally. This role will suit you if you are commercially minded, self motivated and proactive in nature with a keen interest in the digital marketing and advertising industry.
Experience of working to deadlines and under pressure is key, as you will be working within a fast paced team. You will be able to prioritise workloads and manage numerous tasks well.
Salary is dependent on experience. Part-time or full-time hours considered.
