An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our innovative, performance-focused Google Premier Partner PPC team. With further ambitious department plans for growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and determined individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will work across an interesting and exciting array of client accounts spanning multiple sectors and goals, from travel and tourism to eCommerce, and lead generation to direct revenue goals. We’re looking for an individual that will support and lead on our client strategies, thrive on exceeding commercial goals and always looking for new and innovative ideas within the industry.
You’ll be expected to have a strong foundation knowledge of paid media strategies and, ideally both paid search and paid social experience, along with a wider awareness of the digital landscape and a genuine interest in online marketing as a whole.
Working as part of an account team you’ll consistently strive to deliver transformational results for our clients and will have a level of autonomy to develop and implement effective, tailored paid media strategies to achieve defined goals. You’ll be responsible for leading a range of your own paid media client accounts as well as supporting other team members with further client accounts and campaigns.
You’ll research, devise and deliver multi-channel campaigns developing effective, engaging, creative and data-driven strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and more. Conceptualising and proposing an approach, you will also work closely with our design and strategy & insights team to ensure campaigns are unique, relevant and well targeted, whilst also exceptionally creative.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with individuals from across the agency in our SEO, client services and web development teams amongst others and have access to a wealth of insight and data from Google, Hitwise, Bing, Experian, Econsultancy and more.
Driven by performance, with a good understanding of the paid media landscape, you will have a real passion for the industry, with an ability to mix creative flair with practical technical know-how to devise unique solutions.
The role would suit an ambitious individual with a proven record of delivering exceptional results, with commercial acumen and a desire to carve out a career as a leading paid media expert.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and ambitious digital marketer with 1-2 years hands-on experience of paid media, ideally agency side, with enthusiasm to achieve unmatched performance for their clients, the agency and for their own personal growth.
