As the most experienced member of the Client Services team, reporting into the Head of Client Strategy, you will oversee all aspects of clients relationships and performance. You will manage key client accounts and mentor junior members of the team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage key client accounts from a strategic level, looking for ways to drive client satisfaction and growth for cross-agency clients.
Daily contact with senior stakeholder clients - leading strategies, campaigns and key projects within the agency to create ROI and achieve set KPIs.
Lead key strategic meetings with clients and be able to confidently propose and present ideas and recommendations to enhance their digital activities, strategy and commercial performance
You will be confident in translating client requirements into internal briefs; understanding the business context for your clients' needs to project and account teams
Manage the wider account team to ensure delivery is on time, to brief and within budget, and agency output is genuinely best in class.
You will evaluate creative work and offer clear and concise feedback to specialists
Directly responsible for the overall strategy on your accounts and the profitable retention and growth of our existing business
You will ensure that client satisfaction remains high across all of our retained accounts - measured through NPS. You will work with senior members of the Client Services team to consistently improve renewal and retention rates
You will audit, measure and report on client performance and satisfaction regularly
You will shape the long-term and strategic direction of your accounts, ensuring all current activities delivered by your account team are in line with the agreed direction with clients
You will focus on client retention across your assigned accounts and work with the Department Heads to minimise risk, planning accordingly.
Work closely with the Client Services Director and Head of Client Strategy to ensure we’re delivering to the highest standard
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director, or has experience in a similar position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and management
Experience of negotiation; understanding and meeting client requirements
Comprehensive understanding of managing large budgets and commercial forecasting
Experience in producing commercial reports, providing ongoing insights, analysis and recommendations from findings
Experience of strategic planning and setting key commercial targets and reporting on progress
A passion for all things digital with knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO & Content and how they contribute to the performance marketing mix
You will be aware of changes to our clients’ business, industry or competitors and be able to strategically use this insight to steer account activity from a specialist point of view
Experience of the working with contracts and the contract process
