Over many years, we’ve perfected our approach to managing projects of all sizes in order to deliver you the best experience.
Before we start any new web project we have various internal handovers, which get our skilled team up to speed with everything about your project and goals. We then like to arrange an initial “kick-off” meeting with our project manager, the lead designer and lead developer at your offices (or ours) so our team can fully understand the project and place themselves in your shoes. This two pronged approach gives us the best possible start to the project and ensures you’re comfortable with our team and the proposed approach.
Communication is key to the success of any project within the web team. We typically use Basecamp™ to manage projects which provides a central place for you to upload content, set milestones and monitor progress from a distance. However we are very versatile in our communication methods and we can always work to suit your needs.
We provide “development links” throughout the process which allow you to see your new website developing. Alongside this you get a direct line through to your project manager, allowing you to ask any questions along the way.
We often get asked how long web projects take from start to finish, however every project is different and this is hard to determine. Prior to embarking on your new website, we would provide a full schedule of works to enable you to see your new site through from concept to completion. A web development project may last anything from 10 weeks to 6 months – it just depends on the complexity.Learn more about our team
