A longstanding client of Clicky Media’s, Apropos turned to us to help them achieve a wide range of marketing objectives.
Apropos’ key objectives:
Apropos have been working with our natural search team for around five years but took out a ProSupport retainer in order to get reactive technical support for their website. This included a range of development work, from specific projects that Apropos briefed in, to reactive changes proposed by Clicky to improve the overall performance of the site. We provided Apropos with a 6 month workflow, so they knew exactly what they could expect from us and when, allowing for any ad hoc development work as the need arose.
Apropos’ ProSupport retainer includes regular audits of their site, to see if there are any areas that could be improved. During these audits, Clicky identified that the website had been built with two separate themes – one for desktop and one for mobile – we therefore dedicated time to unifying the site and making it responsive across all devices.
Responsiveness makes the website more user-friendly, making it easier for users to navigate around and get the content they need regardless of the device they’re using. Not only does this help to achieve two of the client’s main objectives, ease of use and increased conversions, but the newly responsive site takes less time to implement changes on – saving Apropos money.
To promote the launch of their new Lux range, Apropos asked the ProSupport team to build a new page showcasing the range. The team built a new template from scratch to get the best results and ensure the most important content was well displayed and easily accessible. A consistent brand image and experience was maintained, with the new page staying in keeping with the appearance and layout of the website despite the new template.
The new custom-built page for the Lux range is showing excellent results for Apropos.
Responsive site changes have led to an increase in conversion rates and key metrics across the board, as well as reducing the costs of any future website changes.
