Challenge.

Before partnering with Clicky in January 2025, BES Group had recently launched a new website but relied heavily on branded traffic. 89.1% of their organic traffic in 2024 came from branded terms. They lacked visibility in non-branded search and needed to increase organic performance and generate more leads across all service divisions.

Solution.

We implemented a phased SEO strategy tailored to BES Group’s goals. The project began with in-depth keyword research across their four key service divisions to uncover non-branded search opportunities. To build authority and improve rankings, the team expanded on-page content through SEO-led service and location pages.

Technical SEO audits were conducted to identify and fix performance issues, while ongoing analysis using Looker Studio ensured clear visibility into organic performance. We also investigated domain cannibalisation issues to improve site structure and keyword clarity.

In just the first half of 2025, service form submissions increased by an impressive 272.97% year-on-year, showing that traffic was not only growing but converting.

This surge in qualified leads also meant targets were being consistently exceeded, with Q2 organic leads reaching surpassing target and demonstrating the commercial value of the SEO investment.
