Country House Wedding Venues (CHWV) are an online wedding venue directory who inspire and guide their users, helping them discover their perfect wedding venue and destination.

CHWV’s wedding venue specialists hand-pick all their venues and are on-hand to help seven days a week.

As an existing SEO client, the aim of their campaign is to increase brand awareness by becoming an industry expert and publisher in their own right.

Following the growing interest and success of content marketing, the client wanted to introduce this service into their marketing mix, which required a change in strategy.

To address this change in approach, we conducted thorough research and highlighted the importance of content for this niche, especially with the emergence of wedding blogs and magazines now moving online.

CHWV were receptive and had a clear view of how we planned to steer the strategy; they brought in their PR team to work alongside us in devising and producing a well-planned and effective editorial campaign.

Improved engagement across various platforms. Results from the new campaign were extremely positive from launch and CHWV have seen a notable improvement in engagement with their brand across many mediums, spanning across social media and content marketing platforms.

The blog saw an increase of 610% in overall page views and a massive increase of 791% in overall blog entrances.

There was also a mammoth rise in organic blog page views and organic blog entrances, with them both increasing by 1,680% and 1,725% respectively.

By generating the new blog content for CHWV this ensured that the website was continually updated: a good ranking factor on Google and a great way to build brand authority.
