DPR Group is the market-leading provider of technology to the retail and commercial banking sectors; providing software that is used by banks, mortgage brokers and consumers. For over 20 years, DPR has been at the forefront of retail finance technology and began building their product suite in the late 2000’s.
DPR has grown substantially in the last 5 years and have recognised the need reposition DPR online. They approached Clicky to refresh their current brand which they felt was outdated and wasn’t a true reflection of their brand values and image they wanted their new website to portray. Their main goals was to ensure that DPR becomes the brand of choice for customers and employees within the core banking technology sector. In order to help them reach their ambitious goals we also undertook the redesign and redevelopment of DPR’s existing site.
The client recognised that their brand was dated and to stand out from competition and to attract new talent to the business they needed a complete brand refresh.
We went to DPR’s offices to meet with key stakeholders in the business for a brand immersion session where we discussed and defined the company’s business model and future vision, brand pillars and USPs. This really allowed the team to get a complete understanding of the company to ensure we tailored our solution to deliver the most relevant and focused output possible.
We then went away and put together new logo concepts for DPR which we presented to the client. We looked at new colours, fonts, iconography, as well as redesigning the logo. One logo was taken forward and refined until the client had a logo they loved, then from here we built out the new brand, including comprehensive band guidelines.
We applied the new branding to the design of a new bespoke website for DPR. It was important that the site looked really clean and slick to represent the highly skilled technical work DPR do. The site utilises white space with block colour to highlight key information. The design is completely bespoke to the client and utilises high quality video and imagery throughout the site.
The website was built in WordPress that allows the client to change all features of the website from content to team members. Flexibility of the CMS was also pivotal to this project, with the client expressing a clear focus on being able to add, edit, delete pages and posts, written content, imagery as and when required. The website is fully responsive and was designed and developed with responsive devices particular in mind. A bespoke mobile navigation and site icons were designed & integrated in development, using latest animation techniques for expressive UI.
