We’ve been working with Easy Access for around 3 years now, on their paid and natural search efforts. To aid their marketing efforts, they also have a ProSupport contract, where our dedicated team of web maintenance developers make regular changes and improvements on the website which benefit their online marketing activity.

Easy Access Self Storage recently celebrated their 10th anniversary of working within the Self Storage industry, with units in Stockport and Trafford, in Greater Manchester. They offer safe, affordable, and reliable domestic and commercial storage solutions that can be accessed 24/7.

The client has several key goals that Clicky use as the core focus when devising their online strategy, including:

  • Raising local awareness of the brand – locality is a huge factor in the self storage industry
  • Communicating that they offer more than just self storage, and are a family run business.
  • Communicating their longevity in the industry, and how they’ve grown organically.
  • Promoting that they have multiple locations, with plans for further expansion in the future.
  • Communicating that they support good causes, and will continue to support where they can, such as donating much needed storage space and fundraising.

As a client within our ProSupport department, Easy Access benefit from having a dedicated team of web developers able to make prompt changes, improvements and updates to their website. Our ProSupport team also work closely with our marketing team, allowing their marketing activity to be improved through implementing changes to the website. Changes such as dedicated landing pages which allow more specific keywords to be targeted through paid and natural search, increasing the amount of relevant traffic that is brought to the site.

Communicating with external or in-house developers can be time consuming, which is why our clients benefit from the close relationship our ProSupport and marketing team have.

To date, our ProSupport team have supported Easy Access through creating email templates for various promotions and campaigns they wanted to run. We’ve also developed a new careers page, developed new forms, and refreshed images across the entire website to ensure the website is continually updated.

Although we didn’t build the website, we can make changes to it fairly quickly as it’s a templated website, and this allows us to be responsive to changing trends in the way their customers interact with their website. Our ProSupport team are not just reactive to marketing efforts, or internal demand, they are also proactive with suggesting ways to improve the website, ensuring Easy Access are using their monthly budget in the most effective and efficient way possible.
