Pink Parcel is the latest monthly subscription box that is uniquely different in a special, personalised way. Specifically catering to women, the company send out a beautifully packaged box bursting with treats and necessities 3-5 days before their period.

As their offering was a brand new product in a fairly new market, the key goal was to create a website that would grow as they did and attracted their target audience. Flexibility and adaptability with the website was a must, allowing them to frequently change their website as they gained more subscribers and partners.

Increasing subscribers and improving conversions was extremely important to the client, as well as the potential to further develop the website as an online store when they’d reached their desired level of subscribers.

The main function of the Pink Parcel website was the subscription service and due to this the first thing we developed was a bespoke dashboard that included internal pages, subscription forms, a checkout system and the ability to run reports and export files effortlessly.

The subscribe form is one of the key functionalities on the website and the most essential to the client. This form is constantly updated and improved following analysis of its performance as the company grows. We also developed the complex dispatch system that allocated delivery based on a subscriber’s selected date and the current stock level.

Not only did the functionality side of things have to be perfect, but the design really needed to capture the user’s attention and easily detail the process of subscribing. By combining subtle pink tones with a vintage edge, we created a design that spoke to women of every age.

Pink Parcel are constantly investing in their website, increasing functionality as they continue to grow. Their level of subscribers has increased tremendously since the launch of their new website, which is a fantastic result for all involved.
