True Story is a creative agency for retailers and brands. Their clientele range in size, from high street names to small independents, and they produce work in 3D, 2D and for the virtual world.
As a company that creates everything from store concepts through to brand identities, True Story really needed a website that showcased their creativeness and highlighted their amazing work.
That’s where Clicky stepped in. True Story approached us with the need for a website that portrayed their flair and expertise without compromising user experience. With a wide service range, they needed to clearly show their offerings, which range from digital designs through to full-blown shopping experiences. Another need of the website was to allow visitors to find and download their Retail Insight PDFs easily.
The main aim for the website re-design was to increase brand awareness and give users a clear path to find out exactly what True Story is about. By improving their online perception, True Story was looking to increase engagement with new and existing clients.
Our design team got stuck straight in, paying clear attention to the strong use of the client’s branding as requested and utilising large imagery and video across the website. By having a separate video for each service page, we looked to keep users engaged and really immerse themselves into what True Story have to offer.
The development team were no different and used a variety of UX features and small animations to mimic True Story’s creative side, and ensure it was clear and easy to find the information the user was searching for.
The result was a beautiful showcase website, which really shows of the client’s skill and expertise within the industry.
