CEO: June Update

I am really pleased to be able to bring 5 team members out of furlough this month meaning we will be back at 85% of our team working again.

It feels like a real personal victory for me to be able to do this sooner than we’d hoped and we are doing our best to continue bringing those roles back, in line with the needs of the business & our clients.

Our vast majority of our clients have now reactivated their campaigns and we are starting to see a number of new projects & campaigns being quoted and going through specification. I feel like we are nearly at the end of the tunnel and we can definately see clearly now.

Our WFH policy is set to continue until Jan 2021 when we will review it and possibly look to extend it. We will also be trying to cater to the people looking to get back to the office (myself included) by re-opening our HQ as safely as possible soon.

Our wellbeing days began this month with almost everyone now booked in for one day all to themselves to focus on their own wellbeing.

We have also resumed the search for a few new roles at Clicky to which we have already had a huge number of applicants.

What the next 12 months bring is anyone’s guess but an acceptance that we will be living with this virus for some time and being dynamic to the change in front of us will be our strength. We are again one of the lucky businesses able to adapt quickly and the digital transformation will mean our skillset is needed by businesses looking to adapt to the new landscape.

Another huge thank you to all our brilliant clients for working so closely with us to find ways we can help each other out, the #weareinthistogether attitude has been alive and well throughout.

And another big thank you to our incredibly dynamic team for juggling everything that has been thrown at them & still delivering great results for our clients & keeping their spirits up throughout.

We have even been able to celebrate with the team, the arrival of 3 babies into the world during the lockdown & 2 more on the way. How good is that? Congratulations to all of you & good luck with the sleeping.
