Claire is celebrating 4 years at Clicky this month. To celebrate we wanted to share a little more about Claire, and her time with us.
My career has spanned roles worldwide, which have been some real highlights in my career. I have been fortunate to have had several HR and recruitment roles in the UK and Sydney along with an HR Business Partner role within a private family business.
Personally, prior to joining Clicky I enjoyed a short period of time not working – renovating our home and managing two children.
I am Head of People and Culture at Clicky. I love my job, it is so varied and diverse, every day is so different.
Some days I will have a real focus on the recruitment, onboarding, and health and wellbeing of our staff, other days will involve collaborating on career progression and physical working facilities whilst ensuring that we’re constantly creating the best environment for our team to be successful.
Every day is so different! This year has been even more varied (and challenging) with the addition of homeschooling my 2 boys so I’ve had to adapt my day as needed.
I am an early riser and will generally start my day with a cup of tea while checking my email. I have numerous google meet calls throughout the day with team members, job chats with potential candidates and several times a week hold a virtual tea break for anyone wanting to catch up. I will try to block time in my diary for more concentrated work – where I might be working on policies or processes.
