Clicky double investment in training & development for team

This year we have doubled our investment in an improved benefits, training & development programme here at Clicky.

We have partnered with industry experts to put in an Autumn programme to upskill our team, including further certifications for our Client Services team. One of our main goals is to ‘deliver an unrivalled client experience’. Part of that is providing a continual learning environment so that we can ensure our clients have the best experience and can receive quick answers, insights, creative ideas, and strategic advice. We have also invested in a new video learning platform Treehouse for our designers and developers, allowing for their CPD and delivering our clients the most cutting edge user experience websites.

Our team each have a dedicated one day per month allocated in their schedules for self-development and learning. It is important that we make time for this, we are a busy agency so protecting this time is vital so that we can ensure our team is always at the forefront of their area of expertise. We develop our team long term so that they can continually progress. Each team member has a personalised development plan which contains technical and behavioural tracks that take our employees up levels of achievement. Every year, team members can apply to be awarded a Google Squared qualification and we take 2 successful employees forward on that programme.

For our leadership capabilities, we are fortunate to have Laura Hothersall here at Clicky, who is a qualified executive coach and mentor with a background in delivering the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certifications. This background has been instrumental in the development of our monthly Manager Programme to upskill our senior team, and team managers developing our next generation of leaders. And this year we have introduced a Mentor Programme to buddy people from around the business to expand perceptions, and understand other aspects of digital marketing. 

Our aim is simple: we want everyone to feel part of something bigger than their role, keep developing and feel a sense of purpose and satisfaction, as they progress in their careers.

We are in this for the long haul – we see it as our responsibility to progress our team members and to deliver an unrivalled client experience.
