Clicky talk Social at IATP EU Conference in Berlin

Recently our MD, Sam, attended this year’s IATP EU Conference in Berlin, a great day three event, comprising of educational sessions and workshops, geared towards indoor trampoline parks, adventure parks, entertainment centres and sports facility owners and operators.

We were delighted to be given the opportunity to speak thanks to our client Freedome, and our broader experience in the industry. On Tuesday 21st May, Sam gave an insightful talk on how to reach, engage & manage customers through social media, sharing insights and exploring opportunities, while evaluating effective strategies in which to engage new audiences and build a stronger and more loyal customer base.

With an increasingly diverse range of platforms, ever-evolving digital landscape and continued advances in mobile technology, the presentation examined how best to maximise performance and focus on the metrics that matter in a highly competitive arena.

We first questioned the purpose of a brand’s presence on social media, setting goals and remembering to prioritise and perfect the basics, ensuring your company profile is up to date, consistent and provides the relevant information a user requires while producing regular, relevant content that engages followers. We asked whether content truly entertained, engaged, inspired, educated and delighted audiences.

We encouraged looking beyond basic personas and demographic targeting to effectively understand audiences and their online behaviour before moving on to practical, cutting-edge precision targeting methodologies that could be used by delegates.

We unearthed potential data sources to refine activity, and how to be active in the meaningful moments that matter with purpose, across all stages of the path to purchase.

Persuasive creative was next on the agenda, and more specifically, how to differentiate in busy feeds to talk directly to your consumers through being authentic, addressing a need, showcasing USPs & benefits while being transparent.

We concluded with a review of how to analyse the performance and the important metrics to measure. 

It was a real pleasure and privilege to attend and speak at the IATP EU Conference in Berlin.
