Clicky Update & Further Support
I hope everyone is well and was able to enjoy the bank holiday at home and the weather that came with it.
We are keen to continue to provide regular updates on operations at Clicky as well as offering as much support and assistance to our clients and the wider community as possible. As such, this will form part of a weekly update collated by our Directors which we hope provides useful and valuable information and insight for you all.
Over the past few weeks, as an agency, we have made a real concerted effort to speak to all our clients regularly to understand current situations and challenges to allow us to proactively find solutions, new ways of working or approaches to best support you in these extraordinary times.
We truly value our partnerships and are committed to continuing to deliver exceptional service levels during this period and are eager to be as accommodating as possible. Tailored strategies have been implemented and workflows reorganised as we aim to maximise the performance of the work we undertake. We have seen some of our best work and results delivered in the past few weeks.
This has driven huge amounts of innovation, problem-solving and ingenuity as we consistently seek to provide as much value as we can and work with businesses to be as agile as possible with the ever-evolving situation around us.
Naturally, we will continue to adapt our service, offering and support flexibly but if there are any other areas we can potentially help with beyond our usual support, or if we can adapt what we do to aid you in any way, please do let us know.
This leads me on to a new initiative we are now launching which we hope provides even further benefit. Myself, Oli and Laura have spent a lot of time in recent weeks organising the agency and speaking with a wide range of businesses across our diverse client base. Whilst we don’t profess to know it all, nor be able to predict any more confidently than anyone else on timelines, we have learnt a lot about the current landscape, what businesses are doing and how to tackle both challenges and indeed opportunities.
Our amazing client services team and outstanding specialists will continue to be on hand as ever, however, our Directors and Senior Leadership team are now also reserving time to help wherever we can for supporting ‘Strategy Sessions’. Some clients have requested our attendance in board meetings, others in marketing planning sessions, some have asked for insight and others to simply chat through thoughts, challenges and approaches.
As a solutions-focused business and knowing how much we ourselves value outside opinion and perspectives,we want to open our doors, or at least our zoom accounts, to getting involved in whichever way we can to help you. No request will be deemed too small, large or odd – please let us know how we can support at this time.
We have all been impacted to different degrees by the current situation and are ourselves continuing to work hard to maintain ‘business as usual’ and to continue to pay partners and suppliers as normal. We continue to ensure we have enough resource to service clients and current workflows to the above-and-beyond level needed currently.
We genuinely couldn’t have asked for better clients during this time and are full of admiration, respect and pride for their efforts and responses to the situation. As such, in a world full of saddening news, we will be actively focusing on sharing positive examples, news, case studies and insights, whilst also seeking further initiatives and ways we can more actively support our NHS, communities, team and clients – any suggestions, thoughts or partnership ideas would also be most welcomed.
One more immediate effort we would encourage participation is from our client Yorktest, who are actively seeking support as they aim to develop a coronavirus antibody test.
The last few weeks have resulted in a monumental effort from our team and clients, further showcasing the power of true partnerships.
