We’re elated to announce the launch of the brand new Halton Housing website.
We were first commissioned to work on the website back in September and have since been working hard on one of our largest agency-wide projects to date and we are thrilled to showcase what we’ve been up to!
As a truly digital-first business, the Halton Housing team were seeking to partner with an agency to scope and deliver a new cutting-edge website that aligned with the aims of the business, whilst positioning the brand accurately in the market.
Operating in an ever-evolving and developing sector, Halton Housing knew that they needed to transform their ageing site to meet the changing nature of their business, industry, customer base, technology and online behaviour trends. The client was also keen to move away from the more standardised corporate look to something more unique, engaging and interactive.
Halton Housing wanted to accurately reach, engage & attract relevant audiences to improve digital adoption, usage and self-serve rates, whilst aiding all visitor types and purposes with outstanding UX/UI.

The website needed to also support the wider operational efforts of the business and deliver a scalable solution that amplified their digital-first strategy, with a dynamic approach and simplicity in content management. Equally, it was of importance that the new site encouraged traffic growth through a more marketable approach across aesthetics & technology, focusing on key performance metrics.
The project commenced with an in-depth research phase to ensure intelligent and data-driven decisions were being utilised to inform the most appropriate approach to the structure, inclusions, functionality and creative.
The new website includes a range of custom features, developed in accordance with our insights and delivers a newly defined digital design style for the brand.
The association own and manage over 7,000 homes in Runcorn and Widnes, with a team of over 300 talented members of staff who continue to drive the business into new fields to meet their promise and the main objective of ‘Improving People’s Lives.’
