September Update: More Growth, 2020 Year End, New Recruits & more…

We’re currently experiencing one of our biggest periods of trading on record & we are all super busy.

New Projects & Campaigns

We have signed off a number of large-scale web projects and new digital campaigns & a number of our clients are experiencing higher demand for their products and services since the lockdown has eased.

It seems to me that there have been 5 years of digital transformation happen in the space of 6 months and businesses are focussing on their digital presence with an even greater level of priority than before.

WFH continues & limited gradual reopening + exciting news coming soon

The team is still primarily working from home but we have had up to 8 people in our head office in Chester each day and our offices in Nottingham and Brighton are now beginning to be used again. We are rethinking our head office in a pretty radical way at the moment and have some exciting news to announce very soon too 😉.

New Starters & a new recruitment landscape

We have welcomed some exciting new recruits in the past few weeks with Jason joining us from London, Stuart in Nottingham and Victoria has joined us working from her base in Bath. The entire recruitment process has changed for us with many of our geographic restrictions now lifted due to our remote working setup. We have also seen a number of promotions from within the team including Alex now heading up our Search offering & Shannon has been promoted to Paid Media Specialist.

Big Year-End Catchup 2020

This week we will be having our Big Year-End Catchup 2020 catchup, awards & celebrations and of course, we are planning on doing much of this remotely with only a small number of us heading into our offices to present. It’s a great opportunity for us to reflect and a chance to celebrate our biggest year of growth on record, although it won’t quite be the same as last year when we all got together in person.

Last year’s 2019 Whole Agency Catchup

That’s all for now, speak again next month!
