Richard Burbidge is the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of staircase parts, decking, and decorative mouldings. With over 150 years of experience in the industry, Richard Burbidge are timber product experts, offering an extensive collection with the perfect finishing touch.
We began working with both brands in 2019 to deliver Organic SEO Strategies, with the addition of an effective Paid Search Strategy for Richard Burbidge. Clicky were then selected to design and develop the two new sites, which we couldn’t wait to get started on!
We started with a Foundations Project. This stage encompasses all planning aspects across the digital strategy, enabling us to gather and utilise valuable insights to influence a more well-informed and planned website and marketing approach.
Designed to upgrade and digitise key elements of the two businesses, the bespoke websites were developed to ensure a more sophisticated and integrated digital solution for better customer experience and operational efficiency. Our focus is currently on ensuring that the embed and transition process runs smoothly and their customer satisfaction remains our top priority collectively as well as building out the longer-term marketing strategy.
Clicky is an extension of the marketing team at Archwood Group and as such their commercial priorities and performance are at the heart of everything we are doing.
