We are excited to announce our new Digital Strategy Specialist, Joe Marshall. We asked Joe a few questions to get to know him better, here’s what he had to say…

What’s your role at Clicky?

I’m a Digital Strategy Specialist. I work across our accounts and ensure the work we deliver is based on data and robust strategic thinking.

Why did you choose Clicky?

I have recently moved back to Chester, and Clicky had been recommended as a great place to work. When I met with members of the team during the interview process I saw that everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, so I knew I would be happy here.

What are you most looking forward to working on?

I’m looking forward to getting stuck into all the projects we have ongoing. Having spent the last few years working on pharmaceutical campaigns and communications specifically, I’m eager to expand my horizons and use the skills I’ve gained in such a regulated environment more broadly!

How would you describe yourself in three words?

Ambitious, Determined, Inquisitive

What would you say is your biggest/proudest moment?

It hasn’t happened just yet, but it will definitely be the birth of my son next week(ish)!

What is the best advice you have ever been given and who was it from?

When I first started out in strategy, my mentor told me to get stuck into everything, no matter what it is. “The only way you’ll find out what you like is to try everything”. That advice has served me well many times!

Tell us three talents/skills you possess?

I’ve got a great memory, I’m a good cook, and I am also a trained mixologist (I can make ace cocktails)

If you could have only three apps on your phone, what would they be?
