You will have strategic oversight and provide direction for the agency’s paid media client strategies, manage a handful of the agency’s key clients, and act as quality control for all PPC work across the agency.

Responsibilities and Duties
Lead paid search strategies for the agency’s biggest clients and provide strategic support and direction for wider paid search clients
Act as quality control for all paid search related work in the agency
Regularly check in with the paid search team on their client targets – ensure work is being delivered to a high standard and that workflows are geared towards hitting targets
Stay up to date with industry trends and potential new advancements for client strategies – test and implement these where required and 360 on results. Seek to roll new initiatives out if they prove to be successful
Manage relationships with paid search suppliers such as Google, and ensure the agency’s paid search service stays on the cutting edge of industry best practice
Support inbound sales efforts through leading on new business proposals
Take responsibility for training and mentoring members of the paid search and wider agency teams
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of experience in creating/managing/executing paid search campaigns
Experience in managing/mentoring others
Experience in an agency environment is preferred
A genuine interest in paid media and the wider digital landscape
Knowledge of organic search & how this can work with paid media.
Experience working with paid media tools to analyse & audit performance
Excellent commercial understanding and awareness and experience in working on high-value client accounts with a proven track record for achieving outstanding ROI results.
Strong interpersonal and self management skills
Ability to communicate complex information & technical insight in a simplified manner for internal & external stakeholders
