We're looking for a Performance Creative Specialist to join our team.
Core Duties.
Plan, design & build ad creative for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin, YouTube and Pinterest, and a constantly evolving list of channels
Produce effective wider creative for display, affiliate and video channels
Research and recommend ad concepts and experiments for all priority channels, all placement types and ad formats, throughout all stages of the conversion funnel
Primarily edit photography, video and creative/brand assets provided by clients to translate them into effective ads
Utilise different story-telling methods and creative tools to produce unique creative content that inspires - from graphic design, through to video editing and motion graphics
Produce entertaining, educational, scroll-stopping ad and marketing content that drives action
Manage the content/creative production process and pipeline for key clients
Audit and analyse creative reporting to develop, iterate and enhance creative to further maximise performance
React to creative reporting and results to produce new and improved ad variations
Share performance updates with agency specialists and account managers, proactively suggesting improvements and routes to support positive outcomes
Holding ideation and planning sessions with client stakeholders and internal account teams
Consistently improving our creative skillset to offer an industry leading, desirable service
Work with other departments across the acquisition team, ensuring that your workflow is aligned with the wider account team and client goals
Attend client meetings and new business pitches as the acquisition creative on your accounts where required
Be comfortable articulating "big ideas" both internally and externally. Be able to get clients and team members bought into your vision for a campaign, and excited about what you have in mind.
Coordination of creator-led content (where required)
Consistently explore new opportunities for clients
Have an eye for great advertising – know great ad copy and creative when you see it and be able to brief your own ideas to the team
Key skills & experience we’re looking for:
Essential
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and wider social ads platforms
Experience in using creative suites and tools
Experience in video editing
An ability to plan and capture photography and video would be a notable benefit
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and confident presenting
Ability to work independently with strong time management and organisation skills
Desirable
2+ years of experience producing effective ads for paid social campaigns
A proven record of delivering performance creative that converts and improves results
Experience in working on creative for D2C / ecommerce brands
Competent in motion graphics
Well-versed in storyboarding concepts and selling in ideas and a vision and conversing with senior client stakeholders
