Working alongside the development team and as part of the wider UX department, the right candidate will be a skilled and experienced Front End Developer who is wanting to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities & Duties

• Be passionate about improving the standard of development work delivered by Clicky. Exploring new technologies, innovation, team training, processes and efficiencies, to help improve the performance of the development team.

• Ensure that your code adheres to standard practices, and is of a high quality.

• Be highly knowledgeable of WordPress in order to ensure we’re offering the best service possible for our customers.

• Be experienced in a modular / component approach to web development.

• Code websites from Adobe XD designs that will be provided by our UX Design team.

• Be highly knowledgeable of user experience and user interface best practices and a champion for creating industry-leading customer experiences in everything we do.

• Provide time estimates of how long a task will take to complete to our Client Services team so that work can be scheduled efficiently and delivered profitably.  

• Work proactively on retained accounts to identify opportunities for technical performance improvement. 

Qualifications and Skills.

Essential:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a digital agency. 

• A proven track record and strong portfolio of digital projects or retainers.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Experience in Wordpress development.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills - experience in finding commercially viable solutions, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues.

Desirable:

• A solid background in working closely with UX teams across Research & Strategy, Creative and Development teams to deliver high-quality, profitable projects.

• Experience in working with QA Testing.

• A general understanding of Google Analytics.

• A general knowledge of core digital marketing principles - SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social & CRO.
