Located on the Cheshire Oaks Shopping complex, Freedome is an aerial freestyle trampoline park that provides countless smiles and fun for all those who visit. It’s a truly special trampoline park and it offers people accidental exercise while enjoying an exhilarating way to connect with friends.
Freedome were looking to utilise a digital agency who could support in the running and management of their online paid media activity. They wanted Clicky to scale up paid activity across Google Search and Facebook ads, whilst consistently focusing on driving tangible ROI’s for the business.
This research and analysis phase ensured our team had a dedicated period of three weeks to conduct a wide range of auditing and strategy planning before marketing got underway. This meant that there was a far less intensive period of initial optimisation within the campaigns, as we went into our campaign builds with a great understanding of Freedome’s customers and audiences, and how we could most effectively target them. Importantly, this also helped to reduce the risk of any mistargeting or wasted spend.
Within this phase, we covered a diversity of topics including competitor research, a site content audit, social media targeting audit, a website UX audit, and finally a PPC and remarking audit. The key insights were presented to Freedome’s senior stakeholders, along with a detailed marketing strategy calendar, breaking down our campaign approach over a 12 month period.
We worked closely with the client to develop an annual plan that helped us determine the right message and offer to push to the right audience at the right time.
We focused on locality, making the keywords and ads extremely targeted, which provided us with high click through rates and conversion rates. We continuously monitored both Google Ads and Facebook’s campaign performance and optimised based off certain KPI’s, such as the target CPA.
Using Facebook & Google Ads in conjunction allowed us to get Freedome’s brand in front of new audiences consistently by using Facebook’s detailed targeting system, whilst also showing up for more direct & branded search terms through Google Ads.
We’ve created a range of different ad formats, initially starting with single image ads and carousels using photography provided by Freedome, from this we then started to explore motion and video based ads. Our design team worked with video footage from Freedome to create a range of ads appropriate for each of the target audiences defined and using the messaging created by the PPC team based on the data of previous ad performance.
The video ads really showcase the best that Freedome have to offer and we are continuing to produce new ad creative to ensure ads continue to capture the attention of the target audience.
